As editor of an inter-provincial corporate newsletter/intranet site, I coordinated and oversaw the approval and publication of many articles – over 200 actually.
I also drafted many of these articles myself. Some were more in-depth pieces about new workplace policies, directives or announcements. Others were shorter, promotional blurbs for work-related events or campaigns, like this one.

Read on for the article I drafted to provide some support to our own homegrown wonder…
The Bay of Fundy needs your vote!
Atlantic Canada’s own Bay of Fundy – home of the world’s highest tides – is one of 28 finalists competing for one of the seven spots in the New7Wonders of Nature campaign.
Organized by the New7Wonders Foundation, this prestigious global campaign began in 2007 with over 400 candidates from more than 200 countries!
Located between New Brunswick and Nova Scotia on Canada’s east coast, the Bay of Fundy has truly lasted the test of time.
Not only is it an ecological and biodiverse natural wonder, it’s also home to the world’s most complete fossil record of the Coal Age, the world’s oldest reptiles, and Canada’s oldest dinosaurs!
The Bay of Fundy Tourism Group, as the official sponsor of the Bay of Fundy in the campaign, is being supported by the Tourism Departments in New Brunswick and Nova Scotia, and also by ACOA, through Tourism Atlantic.
